How personalized is this if it's a group program?
The program starts January 11th, 2026 to set you up for success for the New Year! We find that guiding our girls through our Fat-Loss Phases over 6 weeks yields better results.

No. This process is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll get simple, guided steps... not overwhelming protocols... and the method adjusts with you as you progress.
Remember, you are getting LOADS of support from Coach Kat, our other expert coaches, and the community (we always see a bunch of familiar faces!)
Will this be too advanced for me?
You’re covered. The at-home program is already uploaded into your app when you sign up and delivers the same progression and results.
No gym, no problem.
What if I don't have a gym membership?
No, because it takes quite a bit of time and detailed analysis. You’ll learn the nutrition strategy inside the Accelerator, but we highly recommend adding custom macros to your cart when you get there.
